Area Market Manager - Pharma
Responsible for market planning, directing, and coordinating the development of the designated/specific market areas and the implementation of such programs, including product brand management, product market positioning, market promotion, competitive analyses and customer marketing research, and guiding the development and implementation of new product and market business by working with the Innovation Team.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze customer and their value drivers and market needs and interests
- Develop and lead customer projects within the designated/specific segment market
- Direct interface with customers, technology and technical sales to promote designated/specific market segment
- Identify new opportunities for existing and new products within the designated/specific market
- Communicate with diverse functional groups to convey customer and market needs and feedback on market trends
- Implement “Go To Market Strategies” (Product / Pricing / Promotion/ Place) within the market area based on customer needs and value drivers
- Contribute to market segments (key drivers, trends, growth, players, needs) and work closely with global marketing
- Define new product development needs for the Area in coordination with Global Marketing
- Contribute to the MTP (Mid-Term Plan) and work closely with sales teams to ensure strategies and value propositions are translated into commercial actions and deliverable
- Assess market acceptance for priority solutions and follow performance indicators
